Do I need to buy any hardware?
No. Your team can answer calls from a laptop or a mobile app. If you already own desk phones, they'll work too.
What does the AI telecaller actually do?
It answers the phone, speaks naturally in English, Hindi or a mix of both, and replies using the information you give it — your price list, FAQs and a description of your business. It never invents a price. When a caller asks for a person, it transfers them.
How is the AI telecaller charged?
By the second, after a 20-second minimum, from a calling balance included with your plan. A 30-second call costs ₹1.50 at the standard rate — you're never rounded up to a full minute.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. Connect the number or SIP trunk you already have, enter the details, and calls start arriving.
Can I change plans later?
